How to succeed in this role:
You will be successful in this role if you are undeterred by cold outreach, building relationships, staying organized, and making the necessary adjustments to your game plan as we begin to learn and secure more as a business for the company.
What you will do:
- You are responsible for generating new business and closing sales
- You will assist prospects through their buying journey and educate them on the products and services we offer that can meet their needs
- You will conduct demos, research prospects, negotiate pricing, and execute contracts
- You will keep track of all customer outreach and sales efforts using our CRM, HubSpot
- You will collaborate with the other team members in the sales, marketing, and operations role to ensure a smooth client handoff
- You will work with the team to provide feedback on how the team and company can continue to improve
What you need:
- 1-3 years of experience in a SaaS software sales role (medical or healthcare experience is a bonus)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills specifically relating to stress management, people management, and conflict management
- Ability to quickly learn and become a power user of new software tools and applications
What is required:
- Ability to work remotely with occasional corporate and client office visits
- 20% travel for work-related conferences and sales meetings
