Job Description

Are you a highly organized and proactive professional with a passion for building and nurturing successful partnerships? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Partner Coordinator to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our small to mid-level partnerships, ensuring seamless onboarding, fostering strong relationships with partners and our sales team, and aid in driving overall channel success.

Responsibilities

Onboarding New Partnerships: Lead the onboarding process for new partnerships, working with cross-functional teams for successful integration.
Relationship Management: Be the main liaison between partners and UptimeHealth sales, fostering strong relationships for mutual growth.
Platform Training: Provide comprehensive platform training to new partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to maximize their potential within our ecosystem.
Communication Coordination: Facilitate clear and effective communication between our company's sales teams and our partners. Ensure alignment, timely updates, and seamless collaboration on joint initiatives.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Report partnership performance to the Director of Growth, using data insights to highlight improvements.
Partner Support: Support partners in navigating internal processes and communication between various departments within both organizations.
Collaboration with Marketing: Act as a bridge between the marketing and partnerships teams, identifying potential overlap in projects and ensuring streamlined collaboration for maximum impact.
Partner Portal Training: Train partners to optimize our portal for sales and marketing efforts.
Meeting Coordination: Arrange partner-Director meetings, ensuring goal alignment.
Partner Engagement: Boost partner engagement, by identifying unresponsive or high-achieving partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
Proven experience in partnership coordinating/management or related roles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
Proficiency in training and onboarding processes.
Collaborative and team-oriented approach with a focus on achieving collective goals.
Problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively and find effective solutions.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry is mandatory; dental industry is a plus.
